Past Projects

Renfrew Street Condominiums

Vancouver, B.C.

This project was for a full conversion from rental units to a strata condominium development. The scope of work consisted of a complete upgrade to the exterior building envelope, new deck membranes, railing, windows and roofing. The interiors were also renovated and exterior landscaping, bike storage and parking areas completed.

The Boardwalk Condominiums

Victoria, B.C.

The project consisted of building envelope upgrades, new decks, railings and roofing. The exterior landscaping was removed, the complete parkade membrane was replaced and the landscaping was reinstalled.

Paramount Towers Condominiums

Burnaby, B.C.

This project involved the recaulking and sealed unit replacement from swing stages on two 22-storey towers. The concrete walls at the penthouse level were also epoxy injected to repair cracks and membrane roofing was replaced.

Jervis Court Condominiums

Vancouver, B.C.

The scope of work included partial building envelope repairs on two elevations with a new rainscreen stucco finish. The remaining elevations had the sealants and sealed glazing units replaced. Interior repairs were also completed to units that were affected by water ingress.

Balsam House Condominiums

Vancouver, B.C.

The scope of work included the excavation of all exterior planter and walkway areas over the parkade and the membrane replacement. The planter walls were waterproofed and new cap flashings installed. The landscaping was reinstated.

University of British Columbia – IMC Building

Vancouver, B.C.

This project included crack injection and resealing the exterior concrete walls on a six-story concrete Student Centre Building. The exterior windows were also replaced. This work was completed by swing stage.

Discovery Place Condominiums

Burnaby, B.C.

The scope of work included the planter removal and membrane replacement above the parkade. Interior repairs were also completed in units affected by water ingress.

The Delano Condominiums

Vancouver, B.C.

This project included the upgrade to all lobby and suite hallways. New carpeting, chair rails, suite doors and hardware, wallpaper and paint throughout the three buildings were installed.
